Fees
PAYMENT
We require payment on the day of service. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and personal checks. A fee will be issued in the event of insufficient funds.
INSURANCE
We are a low volume office, offering our patients comprehensive care, which limits our ability to work within the limitations of most contractual requirements for insurance, therefore our practitioners work as “out of network” providers.
- After payment is made to our office, the bills can be submitted to PPO insurance plans as “out of network,” and will be reimbursed dependant upon each individual insurance plan. Please contact your insurance company for information on your coverage.
- We are not providers for any HMO insurance. We are not Medicare providers.
Note: The Center is currently contracted with CIGNA PPO and CIGNA Open acess. Please let us know if you have Cigna PPO or Cigna Open Access insurance when you call.
