Life and Wellness Coaching programs at Akasha:
Our unique Coaching programs at Akasha are designed to meet the individual needs of the client and may either be goal specific (for example, used as additional support to our Take Charge Cleanse program) or broader based when used to discover and implement significant life changes or to assist with carrying out a new wellness plan as recommended by your medical provider.
What is Coaching?
Through a trusting and empowered relationship, coaching helps an individual or group develop to their full potential.
Coaching assists a client to move from where they are to where they want to go, by supporting them to discover personal focus, direction, and resources,
Coaching teaches new and lasting skills so the individual can sustain behavior and mindset changes, and develop a new level of mastery in their lives.
Coaching takes a client on a journey to discover who they are and who they want to be, not just what they want to do.
Coaching can be a benefit to anyone, because ultimately, coaching requires thinking about yourself and your potential; coaching helps you to actualize a better version of yourself.
Types of Coaching programs at Akasha:
Initial consultation: The initial consultation or “strategy session” is 1.5 hrs and is designed to gain a clear understanding of your current life and discover the intention and direction for your “next-steps”.
You will leave the session with tools to support you in taking action toward your goal or desired change.
Follow-up sessions: The follow-up session is 1 hr in length. 2 follow-up sessions are recommended (ideally) within a month of the initial consultation. The purpose of the follow-up session is to support and build upon the positive changes initiated from the strategy session. Clients have the opportunity to learn additional skills to support and sustain positive change.
90 day programs: 90 day programs include 12 weeks of personal coaching and take you from where you are now to a more empowered version of yourself. Not unlike going to the gym with a personal trainer—real and visible change happens with the consistent support and action applied during a three month program. Each program is focused to the individual’s specific needs and desired goals.
All sessions may be attended in person or by phone.
