Through the Holidays, and beyond…!
There is no way to remove all of the stress associated with our busy lives and certainly the stresses, which may accompany additional commitments during the holiday season.
On the other hand, understanding how our bodies interpret stress and learning ways in which we can actually shift our physiologic response to stress is a proactive way of enhancing our health and well-being.
At Akasha we embrace fully the power and intelligence of the mind-body connection and do everything we can to offer our patients the opportunity to utilize this vital force as an essential part of their healthcare.
Last month, I attended a conference at Harvard Medical School, hosted by the Institute of Coaching at McClean Hospital. It was inspiring to spend a weekend listening to the presenters talk about the latest evidence based studies, which clearly show the value and efficacy of engaging our personal intention and desire for positive outcome as a key part in creating and sustaining optimal health.
Akasha would like to share this information with you.
To that end, we are offering free introductory classes during this holiday season. to give you specific tools (from the latest evidence based studies) that will enable you to reframe typical everyday stresses of your personal life, generate more vitality, and measurably optimize health in all areas of your life!
In these classes we will work directly with your personal intention for greater well-being and give you specific tools to actualize your vision.
