Thank you for creating such a truly whole-istic health care setting, with an emphasis on caring for health everyday, not just dealing with disease. You all bring a warmth and enthusiasm to caring for your patients that is sorely lacking in many “standard” practices! Whatever my appointment is, you always make me feel like a person rather than a patient, and never like a number or a medical record. I am overwhelmingly grateful for how kind and friendly you all were to me after my recent accident, and how much personal interest you showed in my recovery, beyond just the treatment. Having so much emotional support and a safe place to talk about any health worries (however unfounded they turned out to be) was a big help, right when I needed it. Thank you!
