Lisa Feldman, MA, MFT, is Director of Integrative Psychology at the Akasha Center. She is a dynamic psychotherapist, who believes in an integrative approach to therapy. She blends her knowledge of East/West philosophies with Psychodynamic, Family Systems, Object Relations and Transpersonal modalities, integrating Mind/Body techniques, such as meditation, yoga, breath work, mindfulness, stress management, guided imagery and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing).

Lisa has dedicated her life to a strong and rewarding spiritual practice. She is a supporter of service work and volunteerism in the community. She is a volunteer and Board Member of a not-for-profit organization serving the homeless of Los Angeles County and has been a dedicated caregiver for over twenty years in the AIDS Community. Lisa received her Master’s Degree from Antioch University; completed her internship at the de Mello Institute, Prototypes/WomensLink, and The Pacific Counseling Center. She has been part of the de Mello Institute since 1997 and served in the capacity of Clinical Director since 1999.
